About my services

Why do I need a wedding planner?

If you want to have a stress-free wedding planning experience, you want to partner with a wedding planner. Having a professional on your side can and will save you time, money and heartache. You will have access to expertise in handling not only logistics, budgets, theming and design, vendor and venue relationships, but also unexpected guests, dress mishaps, and sudden panic. It means you can just sit back, enjoy your engagement and make memories on your wedding day knowing that you are covered in every way!

Can I hire you for on-the-day coordination and plan the wedding myself?

Absolutely! If you want to do the planning and just have me on the day to keep the ball rolling and on track, then I am 100% there. By having an on-the-day coordinator, you can wake up relaxed and enjoy the morning with your bridal party instead of worrying about if vendors are arriving on time or if the set-up is going according to plan. Once you arrive at the wedding, you have me at your beck and call for anything and everything you might need.

What do the hours listed in your packages mean?

These refer to the number of hours I am onsite to coordinate your wedding.

How far in advance do I need to book with you?

Clients often book in with five or more months of planning time ahead, but I have planned weddings with less notice in the COVID season. Everyone’s timeline looks different so reach out to check my availability regardless.

I have a wedding in three weeks; can you help me?

Give me a call or email as soon as possible and let’s talk! If it’s a quiet month, I might be able to and if not, I can recommend someone else who may be able to.

Do you plan same-sex weddings?

Absolutely. If you love your partner and they love you, then getting married is the next step, so let’s do it!

Vendors & Suppliers

Can you help me find vendors and suppliers?

Yes! I always seek to find vendors that meet your practical needs, such as style and budget, as well as those whose personality will click with yours.

Do you offer styling and set-up?

Wedding styling is an art form in itself and so I collaborate with and have carefully curated a list of stylists, designers and florists to make sure your wedding is as stunning and true to your vision as possible.

Travel

Where are you located? Do you travel?

I am located in Ipswich, just outside of Brisbane, Queensland.
Yes, I absolutely travel! If you want me there, I am so there.

Is there a travel fee?

There may be a travel fee if your wedding is outside of my listed services areas, but we will discuss this during our consultation.

Payments

Do I need to pay upfront?

A non-refundable deposit to secure your place in my calendar

Second payment to be paid halfway through the planning process

Final payment to be complete 21 days prior to your wedding date

Only a 20% deposit is required upfront to book in your wedding date. If you would like to pay the full amount upfront you are welcome to.

How does payment work?

You will receive an invoice which outlines the total package cost and each of the three payments. You can pay it via direct deposit into my bank account.
